The Royal Navy
Appointed by the Royal Navy initially to work on the first Public Private Partnership which created Flagship Training. The purpose was to sell training to overseas merchant marine navies and leadership training to global industries. The project spanned several years and included soup-to-nuts branding, global promotion, PR (for Flagship, the British Government, Affected Naval Communities and Naval Union Relations). The role was expanded to cover Ministry of Defense communication programs and numerous Government Agencies.
